Wilman and Lodge head office is based on the Main Street in Cross Hills and we also operate two further office in Silsden and Grassington.

Joe and Tracy live in Sutton so have an extensive knowledge of the area and both grew up in the surrounding areas so have a real love for selling, renting and ‘doing up’ properties that have been known to them for years. They have renovated and sold properties for longer than Joe wishes to remember, so they have a keen understanding for what houses need to rent them out or sell them on for the best return.
