Tracy encompasses all things Estate Agent and our customers will often see her buzzing around the roads from appointment to appointment. Joe runs the highly successful property services side of the business after many years of roofing with Matthew Bros & co.
Office: Mainly her car
Jayne has worked in Estate Agency since 2001 and with Wilman & Lodge since 2016 so she has many years expertise in the property market and is your first point of contact when looking to place your property on the market.
Office: Cross Hills
Emma started in 2015 as a Lettings Administrator and moved to Accounts in 2019. Emma’s known for being the first in, the last out and usually has the best goodies in her drawer!
Office: Silsden and Cross Hills
Taylor started in 2020 as Cross Hills Sales Negotiator and moved to Marketing in 2023 following maternity leave. Taylor is the one who organises most of our social events and is the office feeder, encouraging a treat lunch every Friday.

Rachel joined us in 2017 and has been based in three different office over the years but is firmly settled up in the Dales at our Grassington office. Rachel has an amazing knowledge of the property process and the local area which makes her great for brain picking!
Office: Silsden
Jenny joined us during the COVID boom in 2022 as a Sales Negotiator in Silsden. Jenny is the office fairy who keeps everything in order and makes sure there’s always milk in the fridge.

Kayleigh joined us in late 2023 as Sales Negotiator for Silsden and Cross Hills properties. Kayleigh has quickly become part of the furniture (which may or may not be partly down to her amazing baking skills).

Emma joined in late 2023 as a Sales Negotiator for Silsden and Cross Hills but we’ve known her a long while as she’s another member of the family. Emma previously worked above our Skipton office in insurance and believe it or not Emma worked for Wilman & Lodge before – many, many moons ago.

Karen joined the company in 2012 as our first member of the team where she managed the initial 20 properties. Karen is a who we turn to if things get complicated as she knows the legal side like the back of her hand!

Charlotte is our LONGEST serving member of staff having worked for the company since 2011 (as another member of the family – she’s never allowed to leave). Charlotte has done every role in the company but has been in rentals for a long while where she knows every property, past and present from memory!

Rebecca joined the company as a Lettings Administrator in 2022 and has flourished in the role with the support of the team. Rebecca (Bex) is the raver of the team whether in her front room or all the exciting festivals!
