Wilman and Lodge, Chartered Surveyors, have been carrying out surveys and valuations of all types of property within the whole of our area, as well as in Keighley and Ilkley, for many years. We have been principal valuers for virtually all the lending institutions and the number of files on property within our area now extend to over 15,000.
Valuations and surveys are regularly and professionally carried out for a whole variety of clients, but we tend now to specialise in preparing the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Homebuyers Report and Valuation Surveys for buyers from all parts of the country.
Valuations are undertaken of all types of property within our area for Probate, Taxation or Matrimonial purposes.
